A Fit Plan Aquatics Our above ground pool is huge: 18’x 41’ (approx. 48-50" deep) and located next door to A Fit Plan at Grey Point on 12 vacation rentals. If the pool is warm enough, our season will run June through August.
Please keep in mind that we are a boutique fitness center and cannot compete with big box facilities.
Current Members: If you have a current VIP+ membership to A Fit Plan then the aqua classes are included in your membership If you do NOT have a current VIP+ membership, please see Patty to create an add on amount to your membership to match the nonmember rate below.
Nonmembers of A Fit Plan: 1 month membership $140 (includes Aqua classes and fitness classes at A Fit Plan) This membership will need to be renewed once it expires, see Patty to renew. Drop in rate: $25

YOU WILL NEED TO RSVP FOR THE CLASSES YOU WILL BE ATTENDING! If you are signed up for one and can't make it, please remove your RSVP.
Schedule will vary with the following class types. AQUA INTERVALS: It's all about setting an interval timer and working hard during this allotted time. Warm up, Work/Rest and repeat, followed by a nice cool down. It's over before you know it.
AQUA FIT: Excellent for all muscular groups and the cardiovascular system. This 45-minute class incorporates a warm-up, a mix of aerobic and strength exercises followed by a cool down. Buoyancy exercise equipment will be used during this class.
AQUA BLAST: This high energy 45-minute class consists of ALL THE THINGS. You will utilize the resistance of the water which will include plyometric work with exercises such as bouncing, skipping, jump squats and speed drills. This is a fantastic way to get a dynamic workout with lots of energy while giving your joints less stress and some recovery from land work such as running and land plyometric drills. We will also utilize buoyancy toys to gain some strength at the same time.
